Use of the Service

You may use SafeFlow VPN only for lawful purposes and in compliance with these Terms. You must not:

• Use the VPN for illegal activity (e.g., hacking, distribution of malware, fraud)
• Interfere with network security or other users’ access
• Attempt to reverse engineer or modify the App

Subscription & Billing

SafeFlow VPN offers:

• $9.99/week auto-renewable subscription with a 3-day free trial
• $49.99/year auto-renewable subscription

Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase. Your subscription will automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the billing period.

You can manage or cancel your subscription in your Apple ID account settings.

Intellectual Property

All content and code in the SafeFlow VPN app are owned by us and protected under intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute the app or its content.

Disclaimer

The SafeFlow VPN service is provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, performance, or error-free service. We disclaim all warranties to the fullest extent allowed by law.

Limitation of Liability

We shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages related to the use or inability to use the service. This includes any loss of data, profits, or privacy.

Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend access to the App for users who violate these Terms or engage in misuse of the service.

These Terms are governed by the laws of your country or region, unless otherwise required by applicable law.

We may revise these Terms periodically. Continued use of the App means you accept the updated Terms.
